DJ Klem & Iye
A little over a year after the famous exit of Mo’Cheddah from record lablel, Knight House, we are getting word from a very credible source that DJ Klem & Iye have left Knight House.
According to our source, DJ Klem has been out of Knight House since January 2013, and shortly after, in March, Iye, who had been working on an album, left the record label. It is unclear exactly why the two left right after each other, but we’re sure more details will come out shortly. Right now, both Iye & DJ Klem don’t have any indication that they are affiliated with Knight House on their twitter bios.
At the moment, Iye is still working on her project, and DJ Klem is doing his thing, as he produced a nice joint from up-comer, Fefe, and we expect his series DJ Presents…, to continue.
2 years ago, DJ Klem released an album under the Knight House imprint, AfroFunkyDiscoSoul, and Iye’s single, Hello, released in 2011 still does well on the radio.
